Captain Bates is the Commanding Officer over the Criminal Investigation Section. The Color Guard (L to R) Bob Sapp, George Thurmond, Bill Floyd, Georgia SAR Secretary John Flikeid The SAR Color Guard included Mount Vernon President Bill Floyd "Moby" has been the emcee at the event for 20 years! Piedmont member Tom Price attended the ceremony. I saw this going back to my car. Wish it was on a staff.
