Who We Are
The SAR is a non-profit 501(3)(c) organization focused on "promoting patriotism, preserving American history, and promoting education to our future generations." Our local chapter is one of 35 chapters of the Georgia Society. Chapter events are archived on our Event/Photos Gallery and reflect the spirit in which or organization and members participate.

We meet the second Tuesday of each month and begin at 7 pm with interesting Guest Speakers and Chapter business. Attendees are encouraged to come early for the social hour and order beverages, appetizers and/or dinner upon arrival. There is no fee charged at the door and anyone can attend our meetings. 2022 SAR Dues

    The online renewal process via the State SAR website for 2022 is available for Mount Vernon members and Dual members. The online dues collection went live on July 1, 2021 with an October 31, 2021 deadline for online dues payments. Visit our State SAR website to renew your membership by that date. Look for the "Member Area" link in the blue banner at the top of the State website page. Registration required. Have your National and State Numbers ready. The National Wreaths Across America Day
On December 18 at 12:00 pm, 2021, Georgia Society - Sons of the American Revolution (GA0057) will be helping Marietta National Cemetery and Georgia National Cemetery to Remember and Honor our veterans by laying remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country's fallen heroes.

Please help us honor and remember as many fallen heroes as possible by sponsoring remembrance wreaths, volunteering on Wreaths Day, or inviting your family and friends to attend ceremonies with you.
