Flag Retirement Ceremony
Scout's BSA Troop 463 conducted a Flag Retirement ceremony on Veterans Day and past Mount Vernon President Shep Hammack presented Senior Patrol Leader Chip Koch with the Chapter's first ever flag retirement certificate.
Shep Hammack also brought the traveling trunk, which displays early colonial life items.
